CEMS SERVICES

Airtech's continuous emission monitoring systems (CEMS) services group performs a variety of services related to various CEMS. Airtech personnel have worked with dozens of CEMS manufactures, CEMS component manufactures, and integrators.

In addition to standard CEMS, Airtech has serviced and maintained the following systems:

• Particulate matter (PM) CEMS (light scattering and beta gauge)
• Metals CEMS
• CEMS that incorporate gas chromatographs for the monitoring of specific organic compounds.

Some of the CEMS services provided by Airtech include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Provide project oversight for installation of a new CEMS including technology review, RFP preparation and installation oversight
• Install temporary CEMS as part of a process optimization program or as a backup of an existing system
• Troubleshoot and repair an existing CEMS
• Develop and perform a preventative maintenance program
• Perform Part 60 and Part 75 RATAs as outlined in 40CFR
• Perform quarterly cylinder gas audits (CGAs)
• Perform flow RATAs using EPA Methods 2F, 2G, and 2H
• Perform mercury RATAs using EPA Method 30B with on-site result using an Ohio Lumex analyzer
• Perform PM CEMS calibrations as outlined in PS11
• Perform PM CEMS stratification tests for probe placement
• Develop web based data management system for companies working with multiple CEMS at multiple locations
